According to the authorized announcement, "A mysterious confrontation pulls protagonists Naoe and Yasuke into a original mission, where hints of banned rituals and terrifying metamorphoses echo through the obscurity." The plot features a "unusually attired woman named Ada" who assigns the characters with traveling into the Crystalline Cavern—a important location from Attack on Titan—to liberate her friend from a hidden group.
The questline centers on "peculiar experiments and a fearsome adversary" and is accessible to all players who have acquired the Yasuke character.

The trailer features the Underground Chapel from Attack on Titan reimagined as the Crystal Cave. This significant location was earlier where the Reiss royal family handed down the Founding Titan ability through ages. The teaser ends with a powerful moment showing a character, probably the hostage, changing into a Titan that looms over Naoe and Yasuke.
